Funds Transfer
Bank of Oklahoma's Funds Transfer service provides your company the convenience of initiating money transfers from a personal computer located within your office. These transfers are typically used to draw down funds from an account at another bank to your account at BOk, to book transfers between your accounts at BOk, and to transfer funds from your BOk accounts to accounts elsewhere.
Funds Transfer simplifies the treasury management function as Bank of Oklahoma's wire system is highly sophisticated and secure. Funds Transfer features:
- Online to our wire system
- Status Reports
- Fed confirmation numbers
- Hard copy reports for improved audit control
The service eliminates unnecessary transcription errors while granting immediate availability for funds transferred.
Two options are available to accommodate your company's specific needs:
Repetitive Funds Transfer - provides a simple and convenient mechanism for initiating transfers on a continuing basis. When utilizing NetConnect, your company's debit and credit party information remains constant. Windows gives you the capability of establishing your own repetitive instructions. After this information has been established, you need only enter the dollar amount and the transfer identification code which corresponds to the predefined debit and credit accounts.
Non-Repetitive Funds Transfer - provides your company the capability to initiate onetime transfers or transfers that are only necessary occasionally. Non-repetitive transfers require specification of the credit party each time a transfer is requested. Additionally, for security purposes, an approval by at least one other operator is required.
The Funds Transfer service may be easily accessed through Bank of Oklahoma's NetConnect system via personal computer. This service allows you to complete repetitive wires, non-repetitive wires, and book transfers. It is available from 7:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. CST Monday through Friday.
